Thanks for the response Dave... I'm inching closer - The 'new' battery drops to about 3.5v when I switch the side lights on... that's not good I suspect. The older battery drops to around 10v when I switch the side lights on, and drops to 3.5v ish if I turn the key to the coil position. I'm guessing...
