Re: CU Air Intake Duct (big black plastic pipe!)
Thanks for that. I'll try and find it online this morning. Would prefer plastic rather than the shiny version!

CU Air Intake Duct (big black plastic pipe!)
Folks
Since delving into the engine and getting to grips with the spark plugs…
I have discovered my Ducting is in three pieces and I would like to replace it……
Any solutions / clues where I will find one?

All back in nice and tight thanks guys. Copper slipped the plug and it's gone in nicely and tightened a 1/4 turn as per the Haynes! Ragged it around the Blackdowns for half an hour and it all seems fine……

My 2.0 CU blew Plug No 1 out today. Any opinions?
Folks, My wife called me at work today.. 'The van made a loud bang and now it sounds as rough as................' Held phone for me to hear what sounded like a blowing exhaust. Anyway I got home and began to check the van over. Started the engine and all the noise was from the top not the bottom. Lo...

Re: Off to France tomorrow - Le Havre to the West Coast…
Well - it was all over too soon! Children had an awesome time, the memory foam topper meant mum slept well, the porta potty was incredibly useful and we visited some great places and camped at an excellent site. La Rocher beach is a great location, Puy du Fou is not to be missed and the Fortress and...

Re: Khyam Motordome Sleeper - to buy or not to buy???
Now used twice and it's perfect for our needs. Six camping in the van and awning last time and no frayed nerves or complaints. Survived the storm a week last Saturday night on the north Devon coast whilst others were struggling not to lose their tents and awnings. Not sure how robust it will be in t...

Petrol Eber replacement? Propex
Hi.
My Eber doesn't work (petrol), the exhaust pipe is broken and to be honest I'm not confident doing a refurb!
Has anyone fitted something more modern in it's place - I.e: underslung?
With four of us I don't want to fill the interior with more stuff!!!

Folks,
Used the awning in anger this weekend at Croyde. Worked well - and got rained on overnight. Simple to erect and strike - and there is loads of room inside. Very happy campers.
