Ive got a sliding window from a late door laying around somewhere, could do with a slap of paint but is serviceable, I have the rubber too its yours for free if you want it as I am having a clear out

Has anyone laid down the cable straight removed the cluster and connected the cable to a drill, be an interesting experiment to see how much bending the cable can take before bouncing the needle.

I made one out of silicone hose and brass T pieces, it's been on for a while now and all is good.

Did you get the rolls of that Dacron? Did you use double sided tape to stick it in the cavity’s? Yes just bought a roll of 50mm, cannot remember the exact price but was around £30 for the whole van and stuffed it all the gaps. Its the same in my Leisuredrive conversion. Inner frame glued to outer panel on the ribs. Plenty of rust scabs all over. If you have 2 rails you need a block 1 which is the shorter one for the nearest rail and a block 2 for the other rail.

Could be several things, I always check the easiest first. Could be Bush in rear hanger delaminating if the noise is intermitant Brake shoes are worn Handbrake cable not clamped Wheel bearing shot Check your wheel nuts Could even just be a stone Best thing to do is get as much detail on here as poss...
