Re: Exhaust manifold blowing

Hi adrian

yep thats the part thats giving me Gip, Haynes manual refers to it as 'manifold' in the diagram they have under the exhaust section. The rest of the exhaust is in very good condition. If just this part could be replaced i would be very happy. thanks for the link :D Paul

Hi all All the time I have had the van (just over 2 years) the cast iron section of my exhaust (manifold) has been blowing. It has been an advisory at MOT time for the last 3 years as a 'slight escape of exhaust gases'. I have been given a price of £53 for a new part but how involved is fitting it?,...

any SAAB 93 owners out there?

Hi all My wife bought herself a 2005 SAAB 93 convertable in 2008 when she took early retirement as a treat to herself for 35 years service to Lloyds TSB. We have had nothing but trouble with the car ever since, weve had a front spring snap, boot popping open whilst on the move, the complete 'Infotai...

Re: Headling - Tintop What to use?

Hi there, I've replaced my torn roof lining with thin plywood done in 2 piece's from the B post (front seat belt mounting post) to c post, to rear door hatch. I had to screw a batton to roof rib at c post to join the 2 halves. Reason being you can't buy a sheet of ply long enough to do it in one go,...
