Re: thermostat replacement
Okay bear with me some history for 2 years my temp gauge didn't work, eventually I changed the correct sensor and it worked, but always looked very hot. I assumed the sensor was damaged from being in the wrong hole and connected to the wrong wiring, well more recently the gauge would not go over th...

Re: Fuse box cover
I see on the LHD vans the fuse box cover is still on the same side as the RHD vans. Has anyone ever modded a cover to fit under the dash on a RHD to create a mini glovebox for sunglasses and what nots? I think it'd be quite handy and also look nice. As you can tell bored sunday afternoon. Andy when...

Re: T25 body parts
Hi everyone I'm new to this site even though i've been a member for a year. My question is simple (i'm afraid there will be no technical terminology from me though). where do i get the black edging strips that go on the guttering bit (hmmm does that make sense) the part where you attach your awning...

Re: Temperature gauge.
Hi everyone, If i may pick your brains . I have a 1990 1.6 td bus with about 103,000 on the clock. The engine was replaced before I got it with a low mileage 1.6 td from a golf. When the ignition is turned on the red led on the gauge glows( DOES NOT FLASH) and when the engine starts it stays on. Th...

Re: Seat reupholstery or replacement ???
My recently bought 1987 T25 has a badly worn drivers seat. I have found on here that saab 9000 seats will fit with a bit of modification here and there but a bit beyond my engineering ability. I also managed to find on here that caravelle seats will bolt straight in but they seem to be as rare as a...

Re: knocking or clicking sound
If you are sure it is from the front then ignore this bit but it could be the rear brake shoes moving slightly when reversing. Would be more of a 'donk' rather than a click though. Silly as this sounds, if it's a click you are hearing, is it possbly the indicator return mechanism in the steering co...
