HI Its hard to see from picture exactly what you're after. what size etc. but try searching the web for sheet metal. have a look at ebay item number 270764073920. or I would guess most of the big DIY places (homebase, wicks or B&Q) would do some smaller size pieces, but they probably will charge...

Not all that good at this stuff, but check brake fluid level. if low you could just have a leek.
