Is this because of the 4wd? Are the running costs much more than a normal T25 diesel?

I have never had a t25 before, but am very interested in this one, can someone tell me if it is a good van or not. I only want it for holidays with my son but my husband needs it for an everyday car, so 4WD will be valuable. It says the difflocks need overhauling - is this expensive?
