How do folks! Just want a bit of advice. Bought a pair of new carbs for my 2L CU. When I got it up and running last year a used a couple of dizzy's on it and still not sure if it is right. seems to advance up to far when it is warm. How do, I have got a recon CU in my danbury and when it came it had well shoddy rocker covers never mind the fact that some a*** at VEGE had fitted the pushrod tubes with a lump hammer and twatted all the seals. I have chased my tail to stop it leaking oil and thought I had it all under control with...

Just out of interest does the 22mill bar fit on the older buses ?

PLease can any body help I have an 81 danbury and the anti roll bar bushes are nailed. I thought no sweat just get a nice poly set from Mr Baxter but they only fit the 22mm bars. No sweat I thought get normal ones off JK and they only have 22mm what do I do folks the MOT man sez no as it is!

Just wondering where you got the thermostat from sir? I have just got a recon engine and it does not have one and I did not take the braket off my old engine cos I was clueless any ideas on how to sort it?

Will the clutch adjust up ok if I have it skiimed and will it be balanced?

I am putting a recon CU egine in my Danbury and on inspection the flywheel has got quite worn can you buy a new one or should I get it machined at a local engineirs?

Any help would be cool.
