Thats always the frustrating thing isn't it - if this doesn't work out it will be because of a very small selfish minority of campervaners/motorhomers who abuse the spirit in which it is designed and leave the council feeling its just not worth the effort.

North Devon Carparks to allow overnighting
Hi all Looks like North Devon Council will be allowing overnighting in some of their car parks as they (somewhat progressively for a local council) have realised it may actually help their tourism industry! Hi All We didn't manage to get around to sorting out the pump over the Christmas period. Thanks for the tips. I should have mention that I already changed the fuel filter. I'll try and take the pump out in the next few days. How do I manually operate the pump to get it working again?

Ive just had exactly the same issues - put in new battery, plugs and leads to no avail.. Had a mechanic out and he is saying its the fuel pump - might be worth looking at!

Its called Byecross Farm in Hereforshire. Its an unused Apple Orchard that they let you camp on and have fires - it's a cracking site!
