sorry to ask this, i think know the answer but must double check im after some petrol dials for a 2l Aircooled engine can i use clocks from a water cooled engine or must it be Aircooled dials for a Aircooled engine??

their fine if not just out dated, iv got sum in use don't do me any harm. Just give them a tickle with sum fine sand paper now and then keeps connection clean
by the by is there a little number on the back?

does any 1 know where you can get new tinware for a 2l cu engine. doing up the engine and the tin is going to let it down so want to have fresh stuff to keep the bling factor! cheers

right, iv managed to get my grubbies on a cu engine and i fancy spicing it. i would like to run it on those empi carbs so if anybody has any ideas on size i want without having to start overly balancing cams and cranks, valves etc that would be good. also people opinions on empi carbs yey or ney tha...

i know it is probably better to keep the diesel but i am and will probably always be an airhead, its a novelty and i dont mind the work keeps me in oily hands and scraped knuckles iv also got the t4 for practicality. dont suppose the mounts for the cu are around the same area of the jx are they??? o...

2l air cooled fitting
hi everybody! im de-evolutionising my pick-up from a blown up 1.6td to a 2l Aircooled cu unit and i was hoping somebody has an an idea of what i will need, a shopping list if you want, of bits ie gear box, different drive shafts, any form of cradles etc any help is very welcome thank you
