Many thanks for the response - Good question, the seller has gone to re check his tyre specs although I think the 92 figure is correct - if that is the load rating would it be too light ?

HI, I am looking to fit some E Class Merc rims to my 1991 T25 pop top.
Would 255/50.R16W 92W tyres definitely be too light ? ( I found some nice wheels with these on)

Hi, we are looking to buy a T25 pop top in sound condition. Am looking at a 1989, 1.9 waterboxer, Autohomes conversion on ebay (Taunton), whick looks very tidy. I know I need to look for rot, interior condition and mechanical condition and try and gauge price against all this - sounds like multitask...
