Correct oldie!!! Prices have gone through the roof since i started going out there (im over there on business a lot) and the hk dollar has got stronger which doesnt help!! Go to the Peking Garden Restaurant for Peking Duck -YUMMY!!!!!!! :ok its on Kowloon side near the star ferry, good prices great food - all the chinese eat there they also do a noodle prep show while your eating which sounds gay but is great make sure you book though as its very popular with the loca...

cab door felt and scrapers etc

Hi

is there any way of replacing the scrapers, felt chanels etc on the 2 cab doors without spanking about £100 per door?
mine are shot on both sides

checked the casing - all looks fine....... thanks for the bearing supplier list oldie actual bearing number is 6203 spoke to these local guys - VERY helpful and got back to me within 10 mins, german quality bearing is now there waiting for me £7 + vat Motor Mart 128-130, Queen St, Newton Abbot , Dev...

Great, will take to a bearing supplier tomorrow. Spoke to a few more
Bosch parts suppliers and they wanted around £8 for the bearing
Plus £15 postage cos they had to special order from Germany.
Seems a bit excessive to me!!!

welding questions

morning all

im about to attack some small weld sections on the van
quick questions

whats best to apply to the back of a bit of bare metal i weld into my van?

what do i do if i cant get to the back of the section?

and whats the best guage steel to use fo general repair?

hi elmo I used 3 and 4mm ply on mine and im using self tappers about 1cm long to secure. the colour of the covering (smoke) hides the screws quite well. you can get proper panel clips from JK or similar but they'll cost a lot more to secure the bed use self tappers again - make sure theyre big enoug...
