Ok,

Thanks, I shall locate some pipe and bypass the tank outlet fuel filter.

Seing as the new fuel pump has a gauze in also effectively 3 fuel fillters in a proven to be clean tank is maybe just a little on the keen side :D.

But unfortunatly, Replaced fuel filter(s) - There where 2 fitted
, as pointed out for other users reference.

Unless your suggesting that the orignal (?) location of tank outlet is a possible problem and should be removed?

Im converting my van from a 1.9 to 2.1i, I know the outlet is 12mm on a 2.1 tank but will i get away with the standard tanks 8mm outlet and no swirl pot?
