I'm in Deeside North Wales. Managed to have a proper look now & the cable is still there but where the cable attaches to the valve (above the spare wheel) it isnt attached to anything. It looks as though the clip it should be joined to is missing so when I move the slide on the dash its just mov...

Mine has the same problem. Have pulled the arm you slide off (heater control) & theres nothing attached to it so I presume thats the problem. Can anyone tell me what is the name of the part(cable) that I order. & is just campers the best/cheapest place to order it from. I am rubbish a vehicl...
