Re: Fuel tank expansion chambers.
The top of the expansion pipes are not connected and should have 'Shrek ears' little valves on the free ends as per 'Sir Adventure's youtube replacement tank guide.

Re: 2.1DJ - Pertronix Coil any good, or replace with Bosch silver label?
The only time that I have had a breakdown and had to call the AA out was thanks to a Pertronix Flame thrower coil, was described as an all singing, all dancing, resin bonded american off road racing coil, maybe, but it didn't like English Classic trials and stranded me in the middle of Exmoor when tr...

Re: New Flywheel O ring.. Where sells them?

Re: headlight upgrade kit review
Seems good price but the components would be less and also factor in running a HD supply wire from the battery otherwise you are only taking the load off the headlight switch not getting rid of the volt drop.

Re: Help! Bowden cable snapped..
if the ring is 8mm then ebay 'bowden cable fittings' grub screw end comes up :ok if not then try to drill the broken bit out and solder with blowtorch and using ' bakers fluid' flux, neutralise well after soldering with washing soda or corrosion will occur, I seem to remember ' bakers fluid' is hyd...

Re: Air guide panel patch. Seam weld or spot?
Or clean up the hole back to good metal and make it look as though it was meant to be there, provided you mean the floor of the bit below the air vent where the water drips and keeps you awake at night, kill two birds with one stone.
