I've found the small fuel filter inside the inlet pipe for the carb this was full of rubbish, cleaned connections to stater now turning over properly but I couldn't get it started, Then changed the coil for a new one managed to get it started but its not running right, I'll try the vacuum advance un...

Hi thanks for the info it is a 1.9 engine the fault has developed since I had the unit I enjoy the leisurely drive, the engine doesn't drop dead but it feels like either to much or 2 little fuel is getting through.
