Looking for some recommendations for getting some seams repaired on an 89 hi-top in the Bath/Bristol area?

Hi, The front seal on my 1989 AutoSleeper Hi-top is in need of some attention. It would appear that the seal is attached directly to the hi-top itself - does this make any sense? Just the gutter itself - the existing sealant is cracked/crazed and I'd like to remove it, apply Vactan and then apply Sikaflex or similar
