Need help finding a part....
Hello everyone, I've removed the anti roll bar from my 1980 T25, the bar is in good condition, the bushes will need to be replaced no worries there but the D shaped clamp which holds the anti roll bar on one side is badly corroded and has a large rust hole in it. I've looked at all the usual places ...

Re: speedo clicking now not working
Thanks for your advice. I replaced both the speedo cable and centre cap as they were both worn. My speedometer now works properly :) However having replaced the centre cap I have realised that it is meant to be for the T2 as it protrudes further out so now I can't put my hub cap back on that wheel d...

Re: Bumper bolt cap cover
I have the same problem, I was considering buying the 8 pack of white ones JK sell for £4.50 and then spraying them black. But I'm pretty sure that wouldn't look as good.
I suppose I'll have to have a hunt around at some VW Shows

Hi all, can you help me ? My father-in-law has a T25 Transporter that he wants to install a rer wiper into the tailgate. We have the wiper motor but we're having trouble working out exactly where we need to drill the hole for the spindle to go through the tailgate AND what size hole to drill. Measur...

Electrical Hook-up under camper ?
Firstly sorry if this question has already been posted but I couldn't find it for looking I'm planning on fitting an electrical hook-up to my T25, but I really don't want to have to cut a hole in the side of my vehicle. I've seen posts about installing a hook-up in the rear oil flap but I don't like...

Re: Rolling Road
What engine? is it standard or modified? a jolly good service and set up should help..... a rolling road session will be a costly way to diagnose a problem that may not be fixable by them or a simple fix a service and set up item by a knowledgable mechanic would have cured.... Its a 1980 2ltr AC, i...

Re: Bed: Top Bunk
My hightop is a 1981 but I guess that the bunks would be pretty similar. The extra board is just a piece of 25mm plyboard with a small strip of wood either end to prevent it slipping off the rails. It has a 2inch thick mattress of foam which is cloth covered. Its about 2ft wide but not exactly sure...
