Sorry to dis this you have spent a bit of time getting the diagram together etc. Most people wire it direct to the leisure, end of. Seems a lot of faff for not much benefit. I for one remove the leisure battery from my camper in winter and keep it in the warm but still use the van as a daily drive ...

Well guys i changed the regulator pack and now i seem to have 14v and i have also put in an auto sensing relay and it seems to work also other than it is on all the time

I have metered it I'm only getting 13.7v so have orders a regulator pack see if that helps!!

Yes the altenator is a bosch it a 45amp i can find the altenator at a price but not the pack you mentioned
but is there anything else that would fit maybe a higher amp say 65 or 90 ??

what should the voltage be and is the reulator pack easy to change also the altenator is about 30 years old would changing the regulator pack make it like new??

Yes if you disconnect the switch feed the light does indeed go OUT but the split
charge also stopes charging!

32-34 PDSIT -3 carb as a small hole one side rather like a vacume advance hole does this need to be blocked off any chance some one with a 2.0l ac could have a look and let me know.
