We were parked opposite an rv like yours last night , just outside skeg, don't think it was you though unless you saw our white tin top across the way!

spikey mike Thanks for your reply, and you are right it is beautiful round here. With the price of the tunnel we will definitely be going around the road way, as we have heard that there are long delays through the tunnel also. St Bernard Pass (France)

Hi anyone driven along this route, either the Grand or Petite. We are at Chamonix for a few days and are travelling in our T25 (Maisy) down to Nice but want to take a detour through Switzerland and Italy without going through the Mont Blanc tunnel. We've got the khyam driveaway xc awning and it gives you loads of extra room, in fact we used it as our awning when we went to Norfolk last year but halfway through the week hubby had to return to work so me and my son stayed on and used the awning as a tent. We had loads of room and the tent surviv...
