Thanks Tony. One of the body shops took it in for half a day and went over the whole van and, from what they listed from that inspection, I wouldn't take it on as a self-help. Some of it is cosmetic on the body [panels but some if more structural underneath.

Original works on 220v and 12v. Had the gas serviced and has been working. Plunger just failed, presumably on seal. Sorted. Took it off and put it back on. More Microsoft than cause and effect. Might be linked to the tightness of the 4 nuts on the base? Nice idea, but it's the driver's seat. It rotates through 90 degrees and that's it.
