Do i now need to remove the existing wiring for the distributor etc? is the set up of timing etc any different? where do i take the vacuum from and what do i blank? So close now soon be able...

hi again good news...... the van is running on 4 cylinders :D i put the replacement carbs on today and it ran straight away. I have got my new dizzy but have not fitted it yet you mentioned setting the timing up different with this dizzy? how should it be done? also my blingy air filters will these ...

i bought the van with the engine running bad eventually it gave up the ghost and i found that a valve in no1 cylinder was bent i replaced all valves and rings
the vacuum is on master carb and link bar but wheer should my breathers go or are they ok like this?

the rubber hose are for the lpg feed in
i have no breather hoses would this be a issue? also would it benifit me to upgrade my distributor anyway?
if i do what coil would i need ? (just bought new bosh one)

thanks again for the info to clear up "funky rubber tubes" are the LPG pipes crank case breather are little breather filters will this affect anything? "ignition stabiliser" what is it where should it be? and distributor being blanked where should it go? http://i842.photobucket.c...

also checked timing today 8dg before tdc then when reving it drops to about 23deg is this ok?

hi again checked all valve clearances and still no joy :cry: running out of options now does anyone know of any specialist's in the somerset area?
