Blue str, that would be a great help! A couple more questions for you.. :D the latch at the front of the pop top, does this bolt down through the little lip on structural beam underneath or just infront (/behind i.e. towards the back of vehicle)? Re: fitting a westy pop top

Bump..

Any got any suggestions how to mark the holes for the pop top? The link above is good at giving you an idea of roughly where / how many holes are needed, but would be good to have some tips from someone who has done this..

Anyone?

Cheers!

I am wondering how you marked up the hole locations from the above link as it doesn;t have any dimensions on it? I am thinking that i might be able to locate the rear hinges by loosely strapping down th...

Re: 1.9 1Y stainless exhaust?

That looks very nice, did you make the back box also?

I've not had any experience welding stainless so not sure id trust myself at the moment, definitely worth thinking about though! certainly cheaper!

Re: Drive shaft length

phew! that was close. Almost bought the wrong one. Cheers mate!

Any ideas as to why this would have happened? I cant think of what I could have done wrong when fitting the CVs they all went pretty smoothly. I was doing a hill start when is snapped, Im guessing it just happens sometimes.

Haha okay, I'm hoping to have ours ready to paint by the end of the week. The hardest part so far or at least the thing that is taking the longest is choosing a colour!
