First of all I have looked on Wiki
I rencently read a post on front wheel bearing adjustment but can't seem to find it (maybe it was all a dream) anyway the advice seemed sound to me and I was wondering if some one could point me in the right direction?

My problem is its the end that is screwed into the track control arm not the end with the bushes attached which came off relatively easily.
However I will try heating it up

Thanks for the reply. If not wd 40 what penertrating oil do you recomend? in addition to wd 40 I have tried loctite freeze spray, a waste of a fiver in my opinion, it just won't budge!
