What make was the clutch kit you fitted? I own my garage and now refuse to fit GSF or EURO CAR PARTS cheap clutches as they are awfull very sharp and unusable, have had to the job for second time on two occasions! very common while your van has stood the tappets have drained down. Give it a nice run for a few miles and will go no damage caused.
Mine always suffered from one lazy tappet so i got myself some wynns treatment specially for the job and could not be more pleased with the result

Def sounds like a slave cylinder/fluid level problem

hi check the pin has not fallen out of the fuel pump arm have had this happen to a van when using a euro car parts fuel pumps?
should be easy to check while in situ failing that undo the two 13mm nuts holding the pump in place and operate by hand that should tell you if pump is pumping or not

Have you checked the tightness of the plug? If it feels tight most likley the sump and plug threads are ok. When the oil change was done was the sump plug washer replaced? If not just get a new washer from any motor factor and just replace it, that should solve your problem without finding a new plug.
