Re: where can I get the gold colour match for my t25
Hey guitarman, I had a look for this for a mate ages ago (wanted it for his for his Golf to match his Nokia, sad I know, this was 10 years ago!) and he was horrified to find that the colour he wanted was called BEIGE not gold! This was the one http://www.gti16v.com/vwcsll1m.htm#vwcsll1m" onclic...

Re: Glovebox light
Hi Westy End,
What is the socket in between the cigarette lighter and the empty light recess? I have one of those as well I think and wondered what it was?
Thanks
Matt

Re: Retrofitting Projekt Zwo Fogs
Hi Titus, Not sure if you ever got round to fitting these using Mark's instructions but when searching to see how mine were fitted (not sure they are the real thing but fitted the same!) I came across a diagram (Projektzwo foglights -- Wiring Diagram) on this site which was also helpful. http://www....

Re: Body Kit Clean Up/Repair
Thanks MM, looking forward to giving her a good clean today, great now the clocks have gone forward I can actually do this after work!
Just been MOT'd so valid until March 2013, I know they only check structural really which is why I hope the body work is cosmetic only.

Body Kit Clean Up/Repair
Hi All, My name's Matt and this is my first time on this part of the forum, but have a new van and it has some fibreglass panels over the original body which need cleaning up and repairing in some places. I hope that someone can help me get it back to looking how is was as I kind of like it! I have ...

Re: Need to source a Replacement Ignition Key
Thanks All,
Per your suggestion a "guessed" remake now does the trick for both the doors and the ignition but strangely the central locking doesn't work!

Re: Need to source a Replacement Ignition Key
Hi Aiden, Looks like the doors have been changed at some point. I compared to a friends key and it looks like my spare has been damaged so we are going to try and get it fixed otherwise I will have to change the barrel as you advise. Hi Dave, Yes this worked with the original key but not the spare. ...

Need to source a Replacement Ignition Key
Hi All, I wonder if you might know where I could get a replacement ignition key and how I would identify which one I need. The van is 1984 B reg diesel and I managed to lose my ignition key (don't ask!). No problem, I thought initially, take the spare and get another one cut. Get back to the van che...

Thanks Aidan and Mike,
It's a 1.6TD 1991 Golf engine but with the original van's 5 speed gearbox. I'll start looking.

Gearbox oil leak and gear lever stuck
Hi All, First problem with the camper! Its a 1984 T25. I noticed some oil underneath the engine before setting off on last journey, I could not locate the leak as it appeared to cover the entire underside of the engine, as I wasn't too far from home and it was getting dark I decided to risk getting ...
