Spare wheels...

Whilst driving back from Bugjam I got a flat just coming on to the motorway at Northampton. When I tried to put the spare on I realised the studs from my Porsche alloys would not fit my original hubs. 5 hours later a mobile tyre fitter came and put a new Goodyear on and charged me over £280 for the ...

gutter rail removal

Hi there, Has anyone had any experience in removing the rain gutters from their van? My van is in the body shop at the moment and they asked me if I'd thought of having them removed as they are like rocking horse s**t to find and pretty rough. They are talking about cutting them off, welding them up...

Air Conditioning/heating units for vans.

Hi,
Has anyone had any experience of the conditioning/heating units you can get for your van?
I know they are pretty expensive but I'm off to Spain next year and thinking it may be a good idea...

If anyone has any info or dealings with them please let me know, Cheers.

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find out how to service my fridge? I have removed it, cleaned the jet and ignitor but I remember reading somewhere about turning it upside down for a while???
I have checked Wiki but it's not on there.
Anybody help?

Re: Newbie needs Garage for VW T25 Service

Hi, I take my T25 and my T4 to a garage called School Lane Service Station in Bamber Bridge, Preston. The owner is a VW owner and enthusiast and came well recommended to me. He's done loads of work on my vans and I'm really happy with both the price and the work. If you can't find the number PM me a...

Re: Inverters....?

Hi again.
Just read your posts and would like to say thanks for the advice.
Have found a propex HS2000 kit from a firm near me for £425 inc the dreaded vat.
I think I'm gonna go for this, unless anyone knows of a cheaper one?

I'm up in Preston, Lancs.
Many Thanks
