Friction plate has life in it yet for sure - seen much much worse. Does look oil contaminated though. Check there are no leaks on either gearbox and flywheel side. if you start it in gear with clutch pedal depressed it moves abit as if youve forgotton its in gear and started it ill see in the morning if thers any noisis wen press clutch witb it runnig

I think if friction plate was worn out, clutch would work, but just slip. You should still be able to select gears. What happens if you select 1st gear and then start it with your foot on the clutch? Will it start, or is drive fully taken up and it just clonks and lurches forward? That test will gi...

clutch issue
hi guys im having an issue with my clutch basiclly there is no clutch but had the clutch out and doesnt look like theres anything rong with it so adjusted the cable sum more but still no clutch its an early van with cable not hydraulic.
any ideas much appreciated

weres the best/ cheapest place to buy dizzy amplifyer and that blacck box from but will try connecting the to plugs together

as far as i know it std vacuum advance with module when it blewthe first coil that had been on there for however long lol then put a new 12v bosh one on and killed that within 20mins of running ill get some pics up of whats there mite be helpfull
