My roof beds are knackered a heavy friend put all his weight on the middle of each section. When I examined them they are only made of 1" x 1" baton, egg boxes and thin hardboard. Anybody out there ever fixed or made them stronger. Regards Dave Marshall 1982 Aircooled Brown and Cream Devon...

Anybody help need a new cable even VW cant find a source. Ordered one new but it turns out its for the watercooled one.The old cable is so knackered it would be hard to make a pattern from it.
