Re: Top Box

Yeah thats the space I'm talking about!! Her van has got a 4 sided rail on top, is there a box manufactured to fit into it?? Suspect we have the same top and rail - I have been looking for the same. I haven't managed to find anything online yet but saw a pic of one somewhere with a really nice box ...

Top Box

This may be a silly question!! My wife has a semi high top with a roof rack section on the rear of the van, is there a box that fits into this space?

Re: Camping Dorset Area

It's expensive but Durdle Door Campsite has amazing views and good facilities. Just a stones throw away from Lulworth Cove, Man O' War Bay and Durdle Door itself. http://i1225.photobucket.com/albums/ee398/timola72/Miscellaneous/BettyView.jpg And the staff are amazing. Well, Aidie (??) the security ...

Re: Portable Generator

Thanks for the answers boy's. We are new to this!! The fridge that is fitted has not been connected to the gas!! and we have been told that if we run it on the battery we will end up with a flat battery, do not want to be sitting there with the engine running. We have got one of those solar charging...

Portable Generator

We are considering buying a portable generator. Is there a minimum power output that we should look for?? Realistically all it will be running is the fridge.

Re: Electrical issue

The brown wire will be an earth. Does it have a spade connector on the end? If it does, reconnect to the earth crown and see what you got. Switch something on that is giving you a false reading and 'wiggle' the earth connections gently to see if the fault clears. If it does, clean that connection a...

Re: Electrical issue

Thanks lads. I unscrewed the fuse board today to look at the wiring behind and to inspect the 2 'earth crowns'. I found one brown wire that's not connected to anything, does not look like it has been either and one black wire.

Any ideas??

If you turn the lights on without the ignition turned on the dash lights will light up, however, if you start the van then turn the lights on the dash lights will not light up, on dipped beam the blue main beam light ...
