Jason many thanks will order the fluid and seals, do you have a guide on how to do the recon? Think we need Jed to do a 'how to movie', all his others have been dead good been watching his how to remove the vc movie in preparation.

My VC is getting very aggressive after a good run, looking for a new or good recon VC, It seems the usual places I know have sold out. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get hold of a new one or if you've got one available for sale.

Re engine hunting, it seems standard they all do that. Replacing the lambda and idle stabilisation valve improved the warm up cycle for me but didn't cure it.
