Westy roof rack brackets on a Reimo???
Moments before taking the plunge and ordering a set of westy roof rack brackets from Gunzl, and had a thought, we have a Reimo pop top, and looking at various pictures of the westy brackets they seem to have a horizontal crease to hug the lip, midway up the pop top. I imagine it would be highly unli...
Pans!
Anybody posh enough to have a set of Tefal Ingenio pans in their van?
Thinking of replacing the fairly posh and clever Tefal compacts (folding handles) with the one handle for all, Ingenio do da's.. Not cheap though but would save on space well.

Re: Equivalent MPG to expect on LPG
After just returning from the doka's first big journey with me, I got an equivalent of 41mpg. I know thats nothing to scoff at, its practically identical to my whitestar tdi's economy!, but should I be expecting more than this, (especially as I haven't had a chance to service it or refresh sparks/f...

double glazed westy windows to uk windowed van
Is this possible?
Looking at the windows which are the usual aftermarket cut in type, they maybe a tad too big, as the westy DG units seem to sit slightly on the recess.
Just looking for some confirmation please.

Re: extra sound proof
Even though my cab is "factory sound deadened" being a multivan, theres still a fair bit of road noise. I double lined the under seat/battery boxes and wheel arch tubs, (all from the inside) with a roll of bitumenised flashing tape for about £15, it took under an hour, used double s...

Re: Tdi into T25
James, the tdi engine mounted as the Td is fine, I've heard people have "runaway" where the engine runs off on its own oil, but its never happened to mine, and there are precautions (oil catch tanks). If you do this conversion properly (which may mean sometimes stretching that budget) you'...
