Hmmm not sure thats true. With a standard wheel I cant see the lights. I can with my 13" Momo.

I think it depends how tall you are and your driving position...

They are aftermarket wheels so most likely have spigot rings fitted, you may not need to have them machined.

tyres are rated at 730kg, which I'm sure will cover the weight. Although its not a requirement of the manufacturer, its a recommendation. Its the construction and use regulations that require it.
