90 percent of the time it's the push rod tube seals. Tell tale signs are oil slicks on top of the exhaust heat exchangers.

I've had 2 Coleman ones. One which converts from an inflatable sofa to a kingside mattress. Never had any problems with either of then deflating and they're surprisingly supportive.

They probably got fed up of them not being able to keep up with the speed limit and holding everybody up.

Oh yeah I've just remembered, you can do it on water cooled vans.

Under the glovebox mounted horizontally through front bulkhead, but this is on the Aircooled vans and utilises the cavity in the front where the rad is on water cooled models for running the pipes.

Not sure if there is still room to do this on water cooled vans as I've never had one.
