Re: alloy pollishing

Alloy polishing is hard wrk but very rewarding. I have been polishing for few years now mainly motorbike wheels, frames and alloy parts with great success that's ended up doing lots for people and recently the BBS alloys on my van. You can do it yourself with the right equipment but be prepared to p...

Re: Help fitting windows

Thanks all for your replies, I assume I put the rubber around the glass then offer it up ton the frame and not put the rubber seal on frame and try to feed the glass into it? Got all 4 windows to put back in so want to do it right.

It has the window seals that has the seal strip you feed in with the window seal tool. I understand the string in the seal and pulling around doesn't...

Stuck with welding work on your van??- read this!!!

Hi folks, I have been restoring by T25 for the last 12 months and have done all the work myself but when it comes to welding im no expert and being a bit of a self confessed perfectionist I wanted the body work to be right. I needed a bit of welding doing, rear quarter and arch, the typical 4 window...

Hi, I have a panelled van converted camper, I have removed the sliding window to clean it out as it was still to open. After scraping out all the moss etc I noticed the rubber channel inside the frame is broken up and perished. I need to replace this but can't find it on the net, anyone know where I...
