Spare gauge is worse than the one fitted led does not even run diagnostics

^^^ WHS But if the problem is still there with the 42/43 relay removed and the needle is reading correctly then that pretty much points to the gauge itself being the culprit (with the only other possibility being that there is a bad earth to the gauge and that is causing weird behaviour), Try turni...

Hi, mine does the same when tank runs dry, or I get a air lock in the pipe. In the absence of any way to prime the pump, I find disconnecting the watertank pipe from the pump and sucking to clear the air lock normally does the trick, however you have to be quick reconnecting the pipe if you do not w...

Mine has a compression fit t piece in the copper pipe and the feed to the fridge comes from there.

Many thanks for all the advise, I have had a good crawl under the engine and can not find any sign of the high pressure switch or any wires leading to that area so I would say I only have the single pressure switch. while I have the unit out I have just checked the bulbs as they also are not working...

pin 4 is vacant on the loom but not the current clocks
fuses are the blade type and yes i do have module 43 fited
So from what you are saying I need the later unit, is that the one with the clock??

Many thanks for the quick replys , fuel gauge sort or works but does not show a full tank only ever gets to 50%, will try and post a pic tomorrow.
Did not want to hack the loom about to much ( its bad enough as it is) also they have cut a section of the pcb out on behind the gauges
