This is going from bad to worse. In danger of rounding the allen keys on the shaft pulley now. Managed one but too scared to try the others as I've slipped out and cannot contemplate rounding any of them. Sometimes I just wonder What the blithering heck I bother. Nobody thanks you do they?

Tried everything. No joy. Fuel pump off it is then. Never done a cambelt on my own before so should be interesting.

water pump removal
Hi ye-all. Just snapped the head off one of the nuts holding the water pump mount to the unit. Alternator needs to come off but cannot access the two hidden bolts behind the main bracket that holds the alternator in place. Dont tell me the fuel pump etc has to come off please. Any ideas. Hope every...

Clutch choice
I have a T25 with a 1.9D 1y engine fitted. I ordered a clutch from Brickwerks for the early 1.9d but it doesn't fit. Does anyone know what clutch I need to get to fit? The clutch plate is 215mm

Its gone, burst, broken. So need to source a box asap as we're stuck in Scotland and really don't want to leave the van here. Exceptionally gutted.
