Thanks for the reply covkid - I have the complete headrests, but it looks like there should be tubes inside the frame of the seat would that be correct or do the headrests just sit straight into the the frame?

I have a 1984 T25 in which I have recently had the front seats covered - the seats do not have headrests. Whilst they were being renovated I noticed what seems to be 2 tube holes in each seat which I assume is where the headrests would be located. Can anyone tell me is it possible to fit the tubes f...

The spring loaded ones at VW heritage are not available at the moment - apparently they have stopped making them (not sure if this is true or not)

Hi Steve, Rob and everyone that posted - just ordered Telescopic Push Rod Tubes from Machine 7 - doing a complete set of 8 tubes for £129.50 incl VAT and delivery thats a bit over £16.00 each good one Part number if anyone interested is 030.452.40 and they are in stock
