Lining carpet
I can do both soft trim & veltrim.The soft trim is ribbed and the veltrim is smooth.I also supply the correct adhesive aswell. I can do the soft trim for £6.50 a linear metre (2sq metres). The veltrim is £7.50 a linear metre (2sq metres). You can buy cheaper carpets but they may not be designed ...

The dip stick on the wrong side is the same engine thats in the Polo which is engine code AEF as I have one fitted which I put in 2 year ago.

It is poss to I fit this engine I have it in mine,Cunning plan on brickyard has one in his,there is a few things you need to do. The cover on the pump needs removing to get access to the cut of solonoid. The polo dip stick hole needs blocking up. A new dip stick needs sorting(two ways of doing this)...

Basically you need all the bits out of jx engine bay. Engine mounts sump exhaust fly wheel wiring for the relay hoses expansion tank there is other bits beside these,you would be better off trying to buy as a complete kit as buying the bits seperatley will work out mega dosh. Did you change the break master cylinder or clutch,the clutch one one is behind the pedals the brake one has the top up resivoir on top.

Which valve and where is it in bottle.If you have non turbo engine then you will need new exhaust if you fit aaz engine and you may need turbo and manifold.

Which engine code because the aef and 1y are different when it comes to cooling.There should be three pipes from the block,the alloy part you mention sounds like the part on the head.

Have you used the original fan belt and pullet set up if not which way is the water pump turning.Have you you used the Aef water pump.

AEF engine
Ring me tomorrow, You do use 1.9 pump but now you have taken it off,there should be a little black box with two wires coming out which go to the fuel cut off switch. I think one is white and one is black,these are for the wires you need to connect up,one goes to earth the other to your origanal fuel...

The rev range is different I think the petrol one starts to go into the red at about 5000rpm.If you bought complete set of clocks there will be a glow plug symbol under the battery warning light if it is diesel.If you have diesel rev counter and want to sell it I would be intrested.

On my old 1.6 diesel engine it use to be just under half way, I now have newer 1.9 diesel engine in and it is at about half to just over.
