i noticed on my greenflag renewel paperwork, i have personal cover so its any car im in thats covered it excludes cars older than 16 years anyone else had this?

would just mention though it gets a bit windy at shell (hence kite buggy etc) so when choosing your camp spot dont be tempted to camp on the front end of hill overlooking the beach as your tent may not be there when you wake up! always camp in a more sheltered area incase the weather changes in the ...

is this the same shell island i go to? i take the camper four times a year, for the last four years and its the best campsite ever! as with all campsites if you go the same day as the nutters it wont be enjoyable, but they have realy clamped down now, no camping within 20 metres of another tent all ...

hi just noticed your post the sender in coolant bottle isnt for temp gauge its the low coolant warning (red led thet flashes on start up) depending what engine you have locate sender and short wire to earth, that should make gauge go to hot if it doesnt then its your gauge thats bust if it does its ...

the way i looked at mine, was i was lucky to have noticed the rumbling noise at mot rather than half way up a welsh hill in a cloud of steam. the way i confirmed my pump being ready for replacement was run engine have a listen then take off fan belt and have another listen also you can rock the wate...

forgot to say first guy turned up so i asked have you worked on vee dub flat fours? he says i work on every f@@@@ ing thing mate, so hes stood there looking round engine bay with his clip on lead lamp so i said theres no battery in engine bay its behind the drivers seat, he looks at me as if im stup...

dont go to greenflag took them 4 and a half hours to get me home and i was only 9 miles away! first guy turned up disconected all wiring etc from dizzy left all fittings on top of engine and told me hall senser was toast so needed a tow, he refused to tow it saying my tow hitch was "like chocol...

hi jrt not sure about the pully mines an 86 with a split 2 piece pulley, as an update got new pump today from gsf its ten mins away so was got from gsf just cos there local, got the club 8090 discount so paid 38 quid with the gaskits included, re fitted pump was pretty easy apart from the bolts are ...

quick update got the pump off took an hour funny how bolts that have been in over 25 years are not to keen on coming out! pretty easy job part from one bolt that is tucked away behind the crank pulley, hopefully new pump will be picked up monday from gsf and it will go back together as easy as it ca...
