Do you not need the fan on and open when you are bleeding the cooling system?

Hi looking for ideas where to mount radio speakers other than door card?

Right I am trying to get a tap valve out of the tap body it won’t move, I have tried heat / a hammer it just won’t move
Any ideas plz
