You may have to prime it as well. i.e. suck the tap, like siphoning petrol without the buzz!! The pump won't do it on its own with no water in the system. Only needs done once and it should then be fine as long as there is water in your tank.

I would like to have a rubber backed mat made for my van, anyone know who does this. Maybe like those rubber backed anti-static mats you see in some office receptions. I have a table leg base on the floor so someone who could make to my supplied dimensions / sketch. Standard carpets just end up fray...

I have an intermittent fault with the screen washers on my van and want to replace the pump. Anyone done this recently? Can you access the pump through the grill or need to drop the bottle and all the bits from below?
