Cool Running- Air cooled
Have a Gasure LPG conversion on a 2000cc CU Air cooled and after running around Dolomites last year and having some problems with the usual number three cylinder decided to ensure that as running slightly hotter on gas we would sort out some telemetry to find out what was going on down there. As wel...

Paint Job -Costs ?
Had an expensive paint and body job three years ago. Unfortunately seams weren't welded right and some cracking at seams. Some bubbling appearing on bottom of doors and lower rear panel seams. Also some paint flaking off primer on sliding door, not much but naughty as shows poor prep. Been to Classi...

Re: Saab 9-5 seat
Try squeezing the small tabs on the side if the mount, this works on the Aero seats.

External Oil Cooler How many plates?
Fitting an external full flow oil cooler as spending lots of time in hot countries running on LPG. any idea of the number of plates required in the cooler, they seem to go from 24 to 9 plus? i.e. does more plates equal more cooling??

Oil Cooling -Extra Cooler
Has anyone fitted an extra oil cooler to an Aircooled engine (CU 2litre)? Our Camper runs on LPG and we spend a lot of our holiday in warmer climes. Bought the extra sump kit but dont like the idea of it hanging below without some sort of sump protector so looking for alternatives. Steve (Gasure) me...

Does anyone have source for these and will they enhance air flow to A/C engine running on LPG when in warmer climes?

Had a Gasure conversion now for 2 yrs by Steve who came to me to fit it on my 2ltr Aircooled. Put in cooler plugs (see wiki) and it runs a sweet as a nut. Run it a few miles on petrol every month to keep the cobwebs out of the fuel pump system. No complaints and if I search I can still get LPG aroun...

Total Confusion. HELP needed
Been driving around on LPG like a dream for ages now since Steve from Gasure tweaked the vapouriser and me fitting single point plugs gapped at 0.5 mm. Went to Country Wide today to fill up and as soon as tank was full I couldn't start on gas and when switching back from petrol there is a total lack...
