1.9 WBX exhaust
Hi im currently fitting a new exhaust to my van and having lots of fun doing it But am trying to find online the hoses that connect off the front pipe up to the air filter box as the originals are all ripped, any ideas thanks and the proper description cheers.

Well iv got a leak from this at the end cap and seeing im off 100 miles next weekend to vanjamboree and a new part will take 3 days to get here was wondering if theres any possible fix/repair i can do to this to get me over.?

Alarm problems
Hi ,tomorrow i am going to try and sort my scorpion alarm out on the van. As it seems the remote wont disarm it i am hoping i will be able to disconnect it but dont know how its wired in . It immobilises the engine when armed so any help on how its wired in would help ta.

Took the belt off today and noise dissappeared so need to fit new water pump . Thanks for the replys, and is fitting a new one pretty simples?

No warning lights have come on, no leaks.
I reckoning water pump guess i have to wait and see ow there was some small gases/vapour coming off the water pump aas the engine was warming.
The van had been sat for a week.

Its a clank clank which increase in repitition with the revs, its not the tappets as i know that sound and its constant with the engine running for 10 mins and more warmed up and doesnt go away. Ive got a mechanical knocking noise which increases with the engine speed . It sounds to be coming from between the water pump and cylinder head and the noise increases as you rev the engine. Starter motor
Can the internal contact that the plunger operates in a starter motor be replaced? Im sure its that thats causing slow engagement of the starter.

Thanks for your reply's everyone. Well iv had a long day with dirty hands. I got the fan working, which was a dodgy connection at the motor end, yippee. I took the solenoid apart and energised it and it worked well pulling the starter gear out. Cleaned up the connections got it back on the engine an...
