Re: diesel water pump from a t25 on a t3 passat
And the serpentine belt can fit the pump pulley either side and still seem right. Hi - Im getting the same issues with overheating - My AAZ's from a 90's passat with a flat belt system, and I'm almost certain the pump and housing are original to the engine. Could it be that my pump is turning the w...

Re: AAZ 1.9TD Overheating
Is your engine running in reverse then? Flat side to the pulley gives anti-clockwise rotation unless you are running in reverse! Quite simple really. Guys please help! I'm running an AAZ from a Passat in my bus and I'm almost certain the pump came with the engine. I'm having the same woes with over...

Re: Fitting buddy seat with 3-point seatbelt?
Hi all, I'm in the same predicament - need that third seat with a 3 point as my little girl is too big for the bucket seat that worked of the rear centre lap belt. I'm about to buy a multivan jump seat but would appreciate any picks/links on how to get/fit the 3 point belts. My van is a Bilbo's conv...

Hi Silver Bullet,
Did you run off any of those Corrado adapters in the end. I'd be well up for a set if you did.
Cheers,
Dan

FRONT DOOR HINGES
Hello all, I've had a hunt around on the forum but I couldn't find anything on this, so here's a new thread:- Has anybody had any experience of replacing the hinges on the front (cab) doors of their bus? Mine have dropped, and my doors take quite a slam to lift them up into the right position for th...

Hi, Does anyone out there know where I can source a replacement water pump pulley wheel for a '86 1.6d? I had an AAZ conversion done on my bus, but during a belt change I managed to buckle the pulley wheel off the water pump which came from the original engine. I've been told VW have stopped making ...

Re: Porsche 16" boxster alloys
Hi, I've just bought a set of steel PCD adaptors from butty - and very chunky they are too - 25mm with bolts and locking bolts. Does anyone have any experience of fitting these adaptors to T25s, as I'm wondering which way to approach fitting them to the rear - do I need to cut-down the studs, or wil...
