Mines an 83 velle cl and has the switch halfway up the left hand pillar of the boot as you look at it. It works two interior lights, one behind the sliding door and one over the driver's door, none near the boot tho!!

Can anyone tell me if a full width bed from a multivan ( i think ) will fit into a 1983 caravelle cl? Any help with wot goes where regarding the hinge and two bed halfs would be appreciated too, have offfered it up but can't work it out. Doh! thanks james

Can anyone recommend a firm that sells original VW windscreen seals for an '83 t3? Have tried Status VW but they're out of stock for the forseeable. Anyone got any idea? Wanna use genuine seals if possible.

Got the van running at last :) sounded soooooooooo good after a couple of weeks since purchase of nowt :D Was'nt getting power to coil but getting power to electrics box in engine bay. Ran wire from live to coil to power it up turned engine over and hey presto she fired up! Took wire off and replace...
