Afternoon all, The girlfriends "new" van requires the side windows taking out, the rust removing and repair patches welding in. My question is fairly simple if I buy new seals how much longer than the circumference of the window do I need to make the new seal. The seals fitted currently ar...

Alternator voltages

Evening all, I am having a few issues that I am hoping someone will be able to clear up for me. 1. I am getting a squeal when I rev the engine from cold 2. Whilst driving home today the battery warning light flickered on and off 3. Measured voltage at battery was 12.4V after I revved the engine for ...

Wild camping horncastle

Evening all,
I have to attend a three day course in Horncastle, Lincs next week. Was thinking about camping in the van and saving myself the £20 in diesel and 2-30 hrs of commuting a day. Any suggestions of where to overnight would be gratefully recieved.

Thanks in advance Richie

Re: Water Pipe Fitment

Hi mine were a b***h to get in. I am told that if you lay the pipes next to each other and feed the in together from the front of the van then they do go. But, I did as cruz said and enlarged the hole (still feeding from the front).

Hope this helps Richie

Morning all, Woke up this morning to find a puddle of water on the floor in the van. Have traced it back to the window seals in the hightop. I have changed the rubbers on the side windows in the van without much hassle, However I am reluctant to start trying to change the hightop ones as I dont want...

Rear Camber

Hi all have been reading through loads and loads of posts today. I am struggling to find a defintive answer. So, is it possible to adjust the camber on the rear (1982 2wd if that makes a difference) or not? I have just lowered the van by 45mm and the rear appears to need the camber adjusting as well...
