Never read the reply to this till tonight but glad I have as I'm taking my van to Bodyworx next week for the first time. Glad to see that Alex had a good result.

To David Don't think that is the issue, as horn does sound when I cross terminals. However, it sounds crap, so think I may have to adjust the screw anyway...

Checked that and it looks fine. It contacts with the ring and the spring tension is good.

I've got a small patch of filler to respray on my van, about 10cm by 10cm.

Do I need to prime over the filler first, or can I just respray using a spray can?

Any recomended primer, as I don't want to have to buy a big tub?
