The syncros have gone /worn out :cry:

One of the Big Engine remanufacturers that advertise in VW Bus & Camper do them I cant remember which one but round the £500 mark if memory serves :roll:

Better look it up yourself my memory is shocking :rofl

It does say in Wiki always keep your old parts Have you checked that there are no allignment dowels on the flywheel that havent got a hole to go into and if so are the dowells too big for the holes When you say its tight is that tight as in solid or tight as in a bit of resistance against the spring...

Does the Wheel bearing or the centre grease cap get scaulding hot and I have assumed the Garage have checked to make sure your brakes arnt binding another common problem withthe T25 sticky pistons

Slight rock indicates some wear but that could be in the suspension ball joints and bushes depends on how hard you rocked it Rumble noise and its normally bearing related had one explode once and weld what was left of bearing to stub axle if in doubt get a mechanic who knows our T25's to give it a l...
