From what iv learned anything less than 13.5. Volts on a battery is not a lot of use?!?! Apparently any less than that can cause starter idleness,I'm no expert and we know what they say about experts?,an ex is a has been and a spurt is little more than a dribble!

Iv had similar problems lately,although I changed voltage regulater, complete job actually,but just recently iv found that when she's idling I can see a faint flickering red glow from the battery light but,when I switched the headlights on it goes off??!! ,if I turn the blower on 1 then 2 then3 it g...

i dont really expect any stopping power my friend,iv just put the new drums and shoes on,adjusted the ratchet screw,bled the system and took it for a test drive,on the emergency stop the back wheels locked up LOL :D as for the old drums they measured a fraction under 10" and very badly scored t...

hi chaps thanks for the feedback,i pumped the brakes when the drums were off after servicing the mechs and the auto adjusters clicked out just fine (had to wind em back with a screwdriver!pain) so i know they work,i then pumped with hubs on and could here em clicking until they tightend up,now a few...

iv recently fitted new brake shoes but even after fully adjusting the handbrake cables to max iv got very little handbrake stopping power at all,one of the last shoes actually disintegrated so they were old,can anyone tell me how thick the drum is supposed to be before its replaced,handbrakes cables...

greetings fellows, if i can blow air through the little pipe on the dalek cap from a cold engine does it need replaceing?
